What is a Health Coach?
Well, it's a little bit like having your own personal health & wellness cheerleader! The main goal of a health coach is to guide clients in their journey to their best self. Your goals are within reach when you ask for help from a coach, whether you are having a hard time sleeping, you're stressed out, or even if you are just looking for a little boost of energy during your work days.
A coach can:
Create a safe space for clients to explore their health.
Facilitate behaviors and life changes that can be sustained for the long term.
Help clients discover which foods and lifestyle choices help them feel best.
Take a holistic approach to the health of their clients, not just focusing on the nutrition or fitness aspects, but all aspects of their well-being.
Your health coach will play a pivotal role in your overall healthcare team, guiding you to make the choices that make you feel best. They can fill a void that your doctor may not even know that their practice has, providing guidance and helping their patients meet their weight loss and health goals.
Jessica Sacher is certified by Integrative Nutrition and can't wait to help you meet all of your goals.
